This beautiful 8'x4'x12" raised garden bed is made from durable Douglas fir lumber, precut and predrilled for easy assembly. Built with care, each kit includes 8 SPAX structural power lags (T-30 head) and 4 heavy-duty 4" construction screws (T-25 head) to ensure long-lasting strength and structural integrity.
The wood is left raw and untreated by default — perfect for those who prefer a natural look or want to apply their own finish. We also offer two optional, non-toxic finishes to help protect the wood from the elements:
Raw Linseed Oil Finish (+$50) – A breathable, natural oil that enhances the wood’s warm golden hue while offering basic weather resistance.
Bison Brown Vermont Natural Coatings (+$95) – A rich, eco-friendly stain made with whey protein that offers a deep brown tone and excellent water resistance.
