Classic Macaroni Salad
What You Need
2 cups cooked, cold macaroni(or 1 cup dry macaroni, cooked and cooled)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A tiny pinch of salt
A tiny pinch of black pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
Let’s Make It!
1. Get your pasta ready
Use 2 cups of cooked, cold macaroni.
(At home: cook 1 cup dry pasta, then rinse with cold water to cool it down.)
2. Make the creamy dressing
In a big bowl, add:
mayonnaise
vinegar
mustard
sugar
salt & pepper
Mix it all together until smooth and creamy.
3. Mix everything together
Add the pasta to the bowl.
Add the chopped celery and red pepper.
Stir until all the noodles are coated.
4. Chill time!
Put the bowl in the fridge for about 1 hour.
This helps all the flavors come together.
Time to Eat!
