Classic Macaroni Salad

What You Need

  • 2 cups cooked, cold macaroni(or 1 cup dry macaroni, cooked and cooled)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • A tiny pinch of salt

  • A tiny pinch of black pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

Let’s Make It!

1. Get your pasta ready

  • Use 2 cups of cooked, cold macaroni.

  • (At home: cook 1 cup dry pasta, then rinse with cold water to cool it down.)

2. Make the creamy dressing

  • In a big bowl, add:

    • mayonnaise

    • vinegar

    • mustard

    • sugar

    • salt & pepper

  • Mix it all together until smooth and creamy.

3. Mix everything together

  • Add the pasta to the bowl.

  • Add the chopped celery and red pepper.

  • Stir until all the noodles are coated.

4. Chill time!

  • Put the bowl in the fridge for about 1 hour.

  • This helps all the flavors come together.

Time to Eat!
